Accommodation and Stay Information

Pets are welcome, provided they are leashed and do not cause a nuisance. However, pets are not allowed in rental accommodations.
Yes, there is a secured parking area with CCTV. For berth holders and guests of our Houseboats, parking for one car is included. For camper guests or additional cars, the parking fee is €10 per day.
Yes, Maastricht Marina offers camper spots. Reservations are recommended.
Check-in times for campers are from 13:00 to 17:00. If you arrive during these times, you will be personally welcomed and receive an explanation from our staff at the marina office. If you arrive after 17:00 (until a maximum of 21:00), late check-in is possible. In that case, you will automatically receive an email with all necessary information (around 16:30), including the location of your camper spot and further instructions.
Yes, especially during the high season, we strongly recommend making reservations. The number of camper spots is limited.

Contact and Cancellation

To cancel your reservation, please send an email to info@maastrichtmarina.com. Include your booking details and clearly state your request for cancellation.
For cancellation of a camper reservation more than 3 days before arrival, no charges will be applied. For houseboats, if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. For cancellations within these periods, no refund is possible.

Yes, for final reservations of Houseboats we require a 100% deposit. If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival. For camper stays, no deposit is required.
