Your reservation is only valid when full payment has been made within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. No refund is given if cancelled within 14 days.
Pets are not allowed in our houseboats.
The minimum stay on our houseboats is two nights.

Cancellations within 3 days before arrival will be fully charged.
An extra fee applies for campers longer than 8 meters. Pets are welcome on the premises, provided they are leashed. In our accommodations and water taxi, pets are not allowed.
